She has dual jurisdictional qualifications. She first qualified in 1982 as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria. She re-qualified a few years later in the United Kingdom and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
She has worked extensively in the Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She has over the years acquired considerable experience in Corporate and Commercial law including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Technical Agreements, Trade Agreement, Construction Contracts, Franchise Agreements, Venture Capital and Company restructuring.
She has also advised on several energy matters including Production sharing agreement and a number of matters in respect of downstream oil and gas assets.
She can advise on Concession Agreements , Energy projects, Energy Regulation ,Energy Trading, Pipeline projects, IPPS and Exploration Licensing.
She has represented clients at International Commercial Arbitrations and Shipping disputes at the London Maritime Arbitrators Association LMAA. Her expertise in shipping includes Cargo Claims, Building Contracts, Collisions, total losses, salvage and general average.
She is a member of the Capital Market Solicitors Association and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to act as a solicitor in the Capital Market.
She can advise on Foreign direct investments and has considerable experience in Banking Law including Debt Recovery, Debt Finance Mezzanine, Bridge Financing, Advanced securitization and Mortgages.
She is a seasoned Litigator in Nigeria. She has represented clients at the State High courts ,court of appeal and supreme court.
Efundunni Sowemimo is a junior Associate with the firm.
She graduated from the university of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017.
She has since acquired some experience in corporate practice and litigation, she also has some knowledge in Taxation.
Victor Sodipe is a partner with the firm. He heads the Litigation team and is a prolific litigator.
He has represented clients in several employment matters, land disputes, commercial matters, Family Law Matters, personal injury and shipping matters in the High Courts, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court in Nigeria.
He has also represented clients at various tribunals including investment and securities Tribunal and National Industrial court. He has several reported cases.

Akin Adewopo is a seasoned litigator and has represented clients in several employment, land disputes, commercial, personal injuries cases in the High Courts, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court in Nigeria.
He was called to Nigerian Bar in March, 1995 and appointed a Notary Public for Nigeria in 2007. Some of the cases in which he acted as Counsel are reported.
